This Neoclassical style elegant round marble top accent table dates to approximately 1910–1920. The table features a softly veined white marble top set within a beautifully turned and molded wooden gallery, supported by slender tapered legs joined by a lower stretcher for added stability. There is a small round hole in the top we believe it was used to feed the cord of a lamp down through it so that the cord doesn’t lay on the top of the table and look unsightly. It is ideal as a side table, lamp table, or decorative accent, it offers both visual lightness and classic sophistication. The condition is good. There is a small piece of trim that is loose around the banding but could easily be glued. The top is in good condition except for some small scratches from use.
