This Light Mahogany Louis XV Style Gilt Center Table In The Manner of Maitland Smith is made of the highest quality and is bound to bring a nice sense of class and sophistication into your home or place of choosing. This table is equipped with carved gilt decorations as well as a lacquered finish. The wood used to make this table is Mahogany which appears to have been bleached in order to give it a lighter look (This was done in the factory) as the finish on this piece is original. This center table is perfect for any living room, entryway or bedroom and can even be used as a large end table or accent table if you desire. The quality level of this piece is right up to par with companies like Maitland Smith, Theodore Alexander and Althorp However I do not see a label underneath the piece. The table is in good vintage condition with light surface scratches and some minor scuffing to the feet as to be expected but otherwise good condition.
